The desert wind blew in last night - and boy, did it ever blast through here! I'm not sure what the wind gust speeds were but they were enough to keep our 5th wheel rockin' for most of the night. Now we know why they have that big windmill farm out in the desert just west of town.

This morning, it was totally quiet - no wind at all and clear skies. We took Mo and Molly for their favourite walk - down by the pond(see pictures). There's a long grassy area where we can let them off of their leashes so they can go for a good run. Molly really takes off and flies all over the place, but Mo just prefers to walk around taking it easy.

This afternoon, we spent most of the time sitting outside reading and going to the pool for an occasional swim and soak in the hot tubs. The golf course is busy all day - but, there doesn't appear to be any problem getting on the course to play a round when you want to.

Tom and Donna came over for coffee after dinner. They are beginning their last week here at the park as they are scheduled to leave on March 2nd. They're not heading home though as they are off to Arizona to meet up with Donna's sister and her husband for another month before heading back home.



All in all, another quiet, relaxing day - except for the windy night!
