Leaving Desert Hot Springs Tomorrow!

Tomorrow morning, it's goodbye to the Sands RV Resort and Desert Hot Springs as it's time for us to begin heading home. Our month here has gone incredibly fast - way too fast for our liking. Paulette and I have really enjoyed our time here especially the daily swims in the pool and the sunny, hot weather. We have already made reservations to return next year, only this time we'll be spending a couple of months here instead of just one.

We aren't going to be driving too far tomorrow - just up to Bakersfield, CA. - it's only about a four hour drive. Our plans our to stay at the Orange Grove RV Park, the same one we stayed at on the way down. Hopefully, we'll be able load up on oranges again!!

From Arizona/Palm Springs 2008 - Misc. Pics

We spent this afternoon packing up and putting our outside furniture and mats away. Everything seems to be o.k. and working just fine, so we are looking forward to an enjoyable and liesurely five day trip home. In addition to Bakersfield, we are planning overnight stops in Orland, CA(just north of Sacramento), Albany, OR and Bellingham, WA. We expect to be home on Wednesday, Mar. 19th.

So, bright and early tomorrow morning, it's "on the road again"!
