Enabling the Trust With Yourself to Grow

Have you heard the phrase, "fake it till you make it?" And if you used it, how did that really make things better? Or didn't it? Some people are very good at covering up their true emotions with temporary feelings of strength. We often want to be strong for our families in times of trauma and this is very noble. There are other instances in which we want to feel successful so we "fake it" until it seems real. Is this really the best way of becoming a strong and successful inner person?
